Staff accommodated early check-out, allowed us to store belongings, use facilities while waiting for pick-up bus. Great location near market and pub street. Well-designed dorms, comfy beds.

This hostel definitely scores with its location close to Pub Street and Night Markets. It can get loud at night, but you should be aware of this in this situation. Sleeping was still possible without any problems.
Unfortunately, the staff could not help us with some questions concerning tours and onward travel, but they still tried hard.

staff, and were very flexible as I left a day earlier! Money refunded!!!
Double room had more or less a light slit. So no window, I don't like that, besides extremely loud because of nearby restaurants until 3 o'clock in the morning!

This hotel is a great value for money with clean rooms and bathrooms along with basic amenities. Its location is fantastic right next to pub street and BEHIND a restaurant adds to its charm. The staff members provide excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms with balcony are also very nice.
All was ok.

Very good organization of tours, pick-up service at the airport has worked perfectly, beautiful and fashionable furnishings.
Because the hostel is very close to Pub Street, it was very noisy at night, the music went until three o'clock in the morning, after that it was quiet. Very well suited for celebrating, but if you want to have your rest at night, not so well suited. Value for money breakfast for three dollars was not reasonable and too expensive.

Relatively new hostel with beautiful roof terrace. Friendly staff
Unfortunately there was not as in previous hostels in Cambodia, in which we had spent the night, a possibility to fill the water bottles. Due to the location next to various discotheques etc. it was very loud in the evening and at night. Breakfast/Laundry service was relatively expensive

We found the hostel's location to be very convenient, with easy access to the local market and pub street. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. One of the best features of our stay was the cleanliness - the beds were changed every day, and towels were provided. The hostel also had great hotel facilities, including a sky bar with comfortable bean bags and seating.
Everything is what we need and want.

We stayed at a budget hostel during our Christmas holiday and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms. the beds were comfortable and air conditioning was available. the complementary breakfast and bottled water was a nice touch. the location of the hostel was great as it was in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and nightlife.
The noise level from nearby bars and clubs on Christmas Eve was excessive, making it difficult to sleep. There was no hot water in the shower and the lockers were inconveniently located.

Had a great time during my Easter break at this hostel! The staff was superb, always going out of their way to be helpful during my stay. They were even able to arrange tours and transfers for me, which saved a lot of time and hassle. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the nightlife scene, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. But my favorite aspect of the hostel was the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms!
There were some downsides to my stay. The noise level was quite high, especially at night, so I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Secondly, the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms with AC are clean and spacious, even the ones with 10 beds. The bathrooms are also well-maintained and have a balcony for some fresh air. Plus, the prices are reasonable, and breakfast is not included, giving you the flexibility to explore other options nearby.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and well-maintained facilities at Oops Hostel. The millennial look and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the night market and pub street.
